Queuing for a

Us
Having
spent almost 30 years in legal practice Paul & his interior designer wife,
Sheila, decided time was right for a career change. Therefore in 1998 we
bought and developed The Old Station near St Andrews culminating in an award
from “ Scotland on Sunday” for the most stylish living space in Scotland.
In 2005
a new challenge beckoned when we purchased and developed The White Lodge in
St Andrews transforming it into 5 star luxury accommodation. This property was
in turn sold in 2009.
Our
latest venture, with semi-retirement approaching, has been to
sympathetically renovate part of a substantial “arts & crafts” house with
the “ East Wing” ( ground floor) converted into a luxury self catering
apartment 300 yards from the West Port in one of the most exclusive streets
in St Andrews.
